The AZ Health Zone (Arizona SNAP-Ed) seeks to increase healthful nutrition and physical activity behaviors among SNAP participants and eligibles through community-based policy, systems, and
environmental(PSE)approaches and direct education (DE). This report describes the results from the AZ Health Zone program evaluation in Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22), which focused primarily on Local Implementing Agencies’ (LIA) community-based progress in year two of a five-year program cycle.
